35mm Digital SLR Gallery: Idaho: Sawtooth National Recreation Area

When my wife and I first visited the Sawtooth's back in 2008, we were in awe. My jaw hit the floor and I was in absolute amazement with the beauty that lies within the Sawtooth Mountains. As over-the-road truck drivers, we had a few days off and I was bored. We were looking over a map of Idaho trying to find places to photograph when I came across a small section on the map entitled Sawtooth National Recreation Area located in Central Idaho. We decided to take a trip up there to check it out. We had never heard about this place and there were very few pictures of the Sawtooth's on the internet. It was love at first site. The more we explored, the more we fell in love with this place. Our trucking job has taken us back to the Southern California area but we plan on retireing back to the Central Idaho area where I plan on spending the rest of my years documenting the beauty that lies within the Sawtooth National Recreation Area.
